    • Can I run the POS without buying extra hardware?

      Yes! Our POS is hardware-less. You only need a mobile or tablet device to start processing sales. No expensive POS terminals required.

    • How do I print receipts?

      You can print receipts directly from our Android or iOS apps using Wi-Fi compatible receipt printers. We recommend using the Zywell ZY808 80mm thermal receipt printer for fast and reliable printing. Note: Browser printing is not supported.

    • Can I manage multiple stores or branches?

      Currently, our POS supports only a single branch. Multi-branch management is not available yet, but we plan to add this feature in the future.

    • Does the system support discounts?

      Absolutely. You can create product-level discounts and manage promotions easily to boost sales.

    • How is tax calculated?

      You can configure tax for your store, and our POS will automatically apply it to the subtotal of each order. No per-product configuration is needed, making it simple to stay compliant.

    • Can I generate sales reports?

      Yes, our dashboard shows daily and monthly sales reports. You can download daily sales reports in PDF for your records.

    • Can I manage customers in the POS?

      Yes, easily track and organize your customers. View purchase history and manage contact information all in one place.

    • Can I use the POS offline?

      Yes! POS orders can be taken offline on mobile devices and will sync automatically once the device reconnects to the internet.

    • How secure is my data?

      Your data is securely stored and backed up in the cloud. Currently, only the admin account created for your POS can access the data, ensuring sensitive information stays protected.
