Camera Access

Teway POS requires access to your device camera to scan QR codes and receipts. We do not collect or store any personal data from your camera. Camera access is used solely to facilitate POS features such as quick product scanning and receipt capture.

We store your data securely on cloud servers with modern encryption and access control. Sensitive data such as passwords are hashed, and financial data is processed only through PCI-compliant third-party providers like Stripe.

  • Regulatory authorities when legally required under Malaysian law.

We retain business and account data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data after subscription cancellation by contacting our support team.
