Welcome to Teway POS (“Service”), operated by Teway Technology (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our POS SaaS platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

  • You must register a valid account to access Teway POS.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You may only use the Service for lawful business purposes.
  • You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with other users, or attempt to access restricted areas.

2. Account Registration

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email, company name, and password. You agree to update this information as needed to keep it accurate.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Access to premium features requires a paid subscription.

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and software on Teway POS are owned by Teway Technology or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teway Technology shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
  • Errors, downtime, service interruptions, or technical issues outside our reasonable control.
  • Any claims arising from unauthorized access to your account or data breaches.

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, no software system is error-free, and we cannot guarantee that Teway POS will always be available or error-free.

7. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Teway Technology is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
